All is perfect, I had a nice trip. The staff is affable and wonderful and the atmosphere is QUIET. It has excellent, convenient setting, near most major attractions in Florence, many shops and the Duomo as well as the train station and the Duomo. Rooms were modern and perfectly clean, everything was perfect. The location was marvellous, near a l-shaped square. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were amiable and wonderful. A train station near the hotel, it was an extra bonus...

Climbing four flights with my bags was not how I envisioned my stay. The noise level is through the roof! I could hear everything from my neighbors-would it have killed them to soundproof the rooms? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Charming stay with character
Communication through WhatsApp was seamless, and Silvia's warm hospitality added a personal touch. Loved the clean, stylish decor and the complimentary treats awaiting us.
The bathroom basin was quite petite, but it had its own cute charm. Just be prepared for some stair climbing.

Beautiful King Room offered a comfortable stay with ample amenities for a family. The room provided a well-designed space for relaxation after a day out.
Tiny bathroom sink made basic tasks annoying, and the shower couldn't drain properly. Noise level was an issue. I could hear other guests' activities late into the night, and the lack of soundproofing was disappointing.
